Sucre à la Crème, à l'érable...Creamed Maple Sugar

I'm translating it in english for you all:

Ingredients:
2 cups of Maple Syrup
3 Tbs butter
1 Cup of 35% cream
1/2 cup of nuts (walnuts)

In a pot, put butter and maple syrup on medium heat and stir until it bubbles (5 minutes)
Then add cream and keep stirring until it reaches 245 F degrees (118C)
This part could take up to around 30 minutes....be patient
add nuts and let rest 5 minutes
Then beat on high speed for 10 minutes
Then pour into a waxed paper lined 8X8 cake pan and refrigerate until cool
Cut into squares and enjoy.
