I started today, breakfeast 1 whole grain toast and one egg white cooked in a low cal. spray, then ketchup instead of butter or margarine on the toast for flavoring and moisture, put egg on the toast and enjoy it very slowly lol.
For lunch we have a steamed vegetables with a steamed piece of fish or canned fish.
For dinner, a plate of steamed vegetables only.Lots of water all day long and for snacks a piece of fruit only such as an apple or orange or half of a banana.
This is not a long term diet, you only do it for a week to fit into those jeans, or that bikini (not for me thank you). It's a good kick start to eating low carb too.
